No: Okay, that's not a problem. We have a lot of training and tools and resources that are in place to help you succeed, so having experience is not a requirement to come and work with us. So that's not a problem!

I know, I looked myself for over a year and a half, there is a lot of stuff out there when it comes to working from home. And honestly, some of it REALLY makes you scratch your head. Usually by the time people get to me, they have seen and heard a lot of stuff that makes them a little nervous about coming to work at home at all. I know for me personally I’ve lost a lot of time, there are a lot of scams out there so you have to be careful. I’ve been here for ____ years, the team it’s self has been around for 15 years and the company it’s self has been around for 25 years. So hopefully that helps you understand the legitimacy and the credibility that we have. We’re not here today, gone tomorrow kind of company. We are solid and reputable. Our credentials that we have are A+ rating with the BBB, we’re partnered with the F.B.I, Members of the chamber of commerce, Consumer health alliance, we have really good credentials, so hopefully that gives you some ease.

You do have complete flexibility over your schedule, you set your own days and hours. Positions: 
With Ameriplan we have two positions available to us. You can do one or you can do both. It is completely up to you. You are trained to work them both. You have the training specialist position, which is what you and I are doing right now. You’ll be talking to people about working from home, you’ll be providing information, getting their questions answered and then if they’re wanting to move forward, you’ll help them to get set up and work with them and help them be successful. 
  
The other part of it is our benefits specialist position, and that’s talking to people that have requested information about the benefits that we offer. The medical, the dental… you’ll be providing information, answering questions and then helping them get set up into a plan. 

Our company is service based, so there are no products to stock, no home parties. We don’t bug our family and friends, there is no cold calling, or  telemarketing. What we’re responsible for is talking with people who have inquired. Just like what you did, so you were on Explain the process of how they found you.  
We’re talking with people who have inquired, they requested the information, they want to know more. So it’s just a simple call, like I made to you, to find out what they’re looking for, answered their questions and concerns and then go from there. Does that make sense?

How To Get Leads: 

We cover this in our training calls. It all depends on how you want to advertise. You can do it locally or on a national level. I do mine on a national level using the internet. Some people use the free lead resources we have available. We do have a lot of different ways you can get the information out there! Some people like to work locally and put out flyers and brochures around town. Some people love to work with small businesses or big groups that do not already offer benefits to their employees. Some people even love to set up a table/ booth outside Costco or even a job fair, or college and talk with people that way, So there are tons of ways you can do it locally and we have full training on that if you decide that path. Then you have some people who just want to work the business 100% on the internet from home, and with this option like I said before, we will teach you how to market and post ads so you can have people responding to you. You can use social media, free classified sites like craigslist, back page just to name a few, we also use job board sites, mom sites, work from home sites. We definitely have a variety for you to choose from no matter what option you choose. You can even do a little of both like I do! 

And then people are going to see your ad, just like you initially saw mine and they're going to respond. They are going to visit your website and inquire and request more information from you. So you will be the one giving them a call. 

Training: 
Now how our training works, This is 100% work from home, so the training is done online and over the phone. The initial training that you’ll go through it takes on average, 1 to 3 days to complete. Some people do it all in one day and some people tread it out and it takes them a little longer. It’s self-pace so you take as much or as little time as you need to get through the training. There are some videos that you’ll watch, there’s audios that you’ll listen to, information that you’ll read through, it’s designed to take you through everything you’re going to need to know so when the training is done you’re up and running so you can start working so you can start earning.

How We Get Paid: 
Okay, well lets discuss the details about how we're paid. 

There are two ways we are paid. We are paid both ways so you don’t have to choose one or the other, we do earn both ways. The first way we call the upfront pay. And that means that every time someone enrolls in a plan or they enroll to work from home, our corporate office will cut a check and sent it to you in the mail. They do cut checks daily, Monday through Friday. So as you’re adding business, you’re getting paid. So if you’re adding business every day, you’re paid every day! 
  
When you enroll someone into one of our benefit plans, the medical or the dental, you’re going to earn between $20 and $50 upfront per person. 
  
And then when you enroll someone into the business to work from home you’re going to earn between $40 and $100 upfront per person. 
  
The other way that we’re paid is  Residual Income. Are you familiar with  how residual income works? 
Residual income is repeat income, so you do the work once and you get paid month after month, year after year. For example, I’ve been here for ____ months/years and I still have business that I've done ____ months/years ago and I’ve been paid every single month And I will continue to for as long as that business stays on the books. And every time I add new business, I’m adding to that residual, so it’s going to accumulate and grow.

How To Get Started: 
There are a few ways to start in the business: 

As benefit Consultants we have an annual fee of  just $24.95 That is for our websites. Corporate will keep those websites updated for us so we don’t have to worry about any of that, so if we have promotions or anything you don't have to worry about updating them, corporate will do it. They are customized to you so they will have your name, email and contact info so this way when people are on your website and have questions they can reach out to you. We also have our back office website where we enter applications, we keep track of our team member, benefit members, communicate with our corporate office, our paycheck information is back there, any important announcements from corporate, you'll find all of that in the back office. That's all included in that annual fee of $24.95. So basically you have a home business for $25 a year!! 

Also as part of the investment, each Benefit Consultant chooses one of our three benefit packages that we offer. So you will have benefits for yourself and everyone under your roof, you can choose from the first one that is: The Dental Plus: And that is Dental, Vision, Rx and Chiropractic. 

So depending on the plan that you choose, we pay either $69.90 in the first month and $24.95 each month thereafter. And that is for either the Dental Plus or the Med Plus. 

And then the Deluxe Plan is $94.90 in the first month and $39.95 each month thereafter 

And then we also have a third level. And the third level is a little more expensive upfront but it's a nice option for people who want to take off quickly and stay with us long term and like I said, it is a bit more costly upfront but it ends up being cheaper in the big picture and it also gives you more opportunity to earn more upfront income. There is an investment of $269 in the first month. Now, the annual fee I just mentioned, the $24.95 you don’t have to pay that with this investment. This option comes with the Dental Plus plan for your household, it's $24.95 each month, however we have what we call our enroll 4 pay no more. And what that means is once you have 4 pieces of business on the books, then Ameriplan will take over and pay that $24.95 each month for you. So you no longer have to worry about that. 

You have the option to earn $1,300 in bonuses in your first 30 days and will continue with weekly bonuses as well. Our bonuses are paid out every Friday between $200-$400 weekly on going. And then also everyone that enrolls in this option will receive 100 leads from me to get started right away, I just want to make sure that you have the opportunity to get busy and start earning right away. So I will give you those leads, I will give them to you, whether you want them right away or you want to wait until you've gone through the training and you’re ready to start talking to people. It's entirely up to you, they're yours. 

All three levels are great. It's just a personal preference on which is the best fit for you and your family!
