How To Keep And Organize Your Leads


When you start to receive leads and you are making your calls you want to keep track of it all! Here are some helpful ideas you can implement into your business.


*AP Leads Notebook:

  • Include your prospects name, email, phone number, where they saw your ad, what state they are in and some simple notes. (see picture below)

  • This is a great way to take your work with you so you don't have to lug around your laptop or tablet all the time. 

  • When I am taking notes for each call I like to color code my notebook. Helps keep me more organized.

  • Always make sure you use a notebook along with your Focal Point system or an excel spreadsheet. You don't want to fully rely on one source to keep all your leads.
